Information for journals and editors

To facilitate free and unrestricted publication and reading opportunities for all researchers, with immediate effect I will be available as a referee for scientific journals under the following terms.

• I happily referee for all diamond OA journals and for subscription based journals which do not place an arXiv.org-embargo on accepted manuscripts.
• Journals, which do not meet the above conditions, are charged € 24,90 per article page.

Information for researchers

• To find information of many journals' policies about which archiving options they allow at various stages of the peer reviewing process, the open policy finder is very helpful.
• While the major commercial publishers, who oftentimes charge thousands of Euros in APCs (article processing charges paid by the author or academic institution), maintain an extremely big share of journals, in which mathematicians frequently publish, there are still many other options with fair publishing policies (i.e. which meet the above conditions). For example, many well established journals of highest quality are emitted by
  • European Mathematical Society, which follows a subscribe to open model without arXiv.org-embargo;
  • International Press of Boston;
  • MSP.
  and several others.
